Agreement

By purchasing, installing, or using Seritor, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not install or use the extension.

Seritor is published by Quite Good. References to "we", "us", or "our" refer to Quite Good. References to "you" refer to the purchaser or user.

Licence

A purchase of Seritor grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to install and use the extension on any Chrome browser profiles you personally control. There is no limit to the number of profiles or devices for a single purchaser.

You may not redistribute, resell, sublicence, or share your licence with others. You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the extension.

Purchase and pricing

Seritor is available as a one-time purchase. The current price is displayed on the Chrome Web Store listing and on seritor.app. All prices are in USD.

The price may increase when new capabilities are added to the extension. If you purchase at a given price, you retain access to all features available at that price and any features added in future updates — regardless of subsequent price increases.

Payment is processed by Stripe. We do not store your payment credentials.

Refunds

You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase by emailing billing@seritor.app. Please include a brief description of the issue.

Refunds are processed via the original payment method. Upon refund, your licence is deactivated.

What we provide

Seritor is provided as a Chrome browser extension. We aim to maintain compatibility with the supported platforms (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Grok) and to address issues caused by platform changes promptly.

Updates to purchased features are included at no additional cost. New feature tiers (such as a future subscription for team capabilities) are optional and do not affect existing functionality.

What we don't guarantee

Seritor depends on the HTML structure of third-party websites. If Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, or Grok change their website in a way that breaks bookmark detection, we will work to fix it - but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted functionality on platforms we don't control.

Seritor is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the extension will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with every system configuration.

Your data

All bookmark data, library items, notes, labels, and settings are stored locally in your browser. We do not have access to your data and cannot recover it if it is deleted or lost.

You are responsible for your own data. Uninstalling the extension permanently deletes all local data. There is no cloud backup in v1.0.

See our Privacy Policy for full details on data practices.

Acceptable use

You agree to use Seritor for its intended purpose - bookmarking and organising messages in AI conversations. You may not use the extension to violate any applicable laws, the terms of service of the supported platforms, or the rights of any third party.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Quite Good shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Seritor, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or loss of business opportunity.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms or your use of Seritor is limited to the amount you paid for the extension.

Future subscriptions

A subscription tier for team features (such as cross-device sync and sharing) may be introduced in future. If so, it will be governed by additional terms presented at the time of subscription. Core features included in the one-time purchase will never require a subscription.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. Material changes will be communicated via product update emails (if you have subscribed) and on the website. Continued use of Seritor after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
